多元化培训联合同伴互助模式在医务人员烈性传染病个人防护技能培训中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨多元化培训联合同伴互助模式在医护人员烈性传染病个人防护技能培训中的效果。方法选取2020年2月参与该院医务人员烈性传染病防护技能培训班的88名学员作为研究对象,采用多元化培训联合同伴互助模式进行培训,分析学员培训前后的理论成绩、操作技能考核及对培训满意度。结果培训后,学员的理论测试和操作技能考核成绩分别从(79.65±6.32)、(73.68±7.10)分提升至(97.40±2.53)、(85.38±4.44)分,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;学员对培训的总体培训满意度达97.73%,对培训目、培训内容、培训方式、时间安排、考核方式、组织管理6个维度的满意度分别为100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、96.59%、98.86%、97.73%。结论采用多元化培训联合同伴互助模式进行医务人员烈性传染病个人防护技能的培训,能在短期内提高学员的烈性传染病防护的理论水平、个人防护技能,并获得学员的一致认同,值得临床推广和借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of diversified training combined with peer support model on the skills training of personal protection against severe infectious diseases for medical staff.Methods In this study, 88 trainees who participated in the protection skills training course set up by our hospital in February 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were trained with the diversified training combined with peer support model, and we analyzed their grades on theory studies, the assessment of operation skills and their satisfaction with the training before and after the training.Results After the training, their scores of examination on theories and operation skills were significantly increased from(79.65±6.32) and(73.68±7.10) to(97.40±2.53) and(85.38±4.44), respectively(P<0.05). The overall satisfaction of trainees with training was 97.73%, and their satisfaction rates of the six dimensions of training objective, training content, training method, time arrangement, examination mode and organization management were 100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 96.59%, 98.86% and 97.73%, respectively.Conclusion The diversified training combined with peer support model of personal protection skills against severe infectious diseases for medical personnel can improve their theoretical knowledge and personal protection skills about the prevention and protection against severe infectious diseases in a short period of time, which were approved by the whole of trainees. It is worthy of clinical popularization and reference.
