基于气管插管护理的新型固定装置的研发与应用

摘　　要：目的研发一种气管插管专用固定装置,应用于重症气管插管患者,达到方便护理操作且有效预防非计划拔管等相关并发症的目的。方法选择2020年1月1日—2020年6月2日在医院重症监护室住院的气管插管患者80例,按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组40例采用气管插管固定装置,对照组40例采用胶布固定法。结果观察组非计划拔管率、皮肤过敏反应发生率、压力性损伤发生率及口腔并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论气管插管固定装置方便护理操作,可有效降低非计划拔管,减少压力性损伤等相关并发症的发生率。Objective To develop a special fixation device for endotracheal intubation so as to facilitate nursing operation and effectively prevent unplanned extubation and other related complications.Methods A total of 80 patients with endotracheal intubation in ICU of our hospital from January 1, 2020 to June 2, 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely observation group and control group. Forty cases in the observation group were fixed with endotracheal intubation device, and the other 40 cases in the control group were with adhesive tape.Results The rates of unplanned extubation, skin allergic reaction, stress injury and oral complications in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endotracheal intubation fixation device is convenient for nursing operation, which can effectively reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation, the pressure injury and other related complications.
