摘 要:【目的】研究不同LED红蓝光质对桉树组培苗生长和生理特性的影响,为桉树高品质生产提供新方法及理论依据。【方法】以"广林9"株高约1.5cm的未生根桉树组培苗为供试材料,红光波长612nm、蓝光波长457nm的LED灯板和控制器为人工光源,设置T_(1)(单色红光)、T_(2)(单色蓝光)、T_(3)(红光∶蓝光=1∶4)、T_(4)(红光∶蓝光=2∶3)、T_(5)(红光∶蓝光=3∶2)、T_(6)(红光∶蓝光=4∶1)等6个处理,以荧光为对照(CK),测定桉树组培苗的形态指标、生物量、光合色素含量、可溶性糖等,探究不同光质对桉树组培苗形态指标和生理特性的影响。【结果】单色蓝光、红光∶蓝光=4∶1处理可促进桉树组培苗生根;单色红光、红光∶蓝光=1∶4处理的组培苗株高和叶片数较大,可促进桉树幼苗形态生长;红光∶蓝光=1∶4处理对植株叶绿素、干物质积累、可溶性糖积累较有利。【结论】单色蓝光、红光∶蓝光=4∶1处理可促进桉树生根诱导;单色红光、红光∶蓝光=1∶4处理对桉树组培苗株高、茎叶生长较有利,更有利于桉树组培苗的形态建成;红光∶蓝光=1∶4处理的桉树组培苗干物质量、光合色素、可溶性糖积累方面较为合适,但对植株形态建成各方面有负面影响。【Objective】The present study is performed to study the effects of different red and blue LED quality ratios on growth and physiological characteristics of Eucalyptus robusta tissue culture seedlings,and to provide the new methods and theoretical basis for high-quality production of E.robusta.【Method】E.robusta tissue culture seedlings Guanglin 9 with 1.5 cm plant height without root is used as test materials.612 nm red light wavelength and 457 nm blue light wavelength of LED plate and controller are taken as artificial light source.Six treatments are set up,including T_(1)(monochrome red light),T_(2)(monochrome blue light),T_(3)(red light∶blue light=1∶4),T_(4)(red light∶blue light=2∶3),T_(5)(red light∶blue light=3∶2)and T_(6)(red light∶blue light=4∶1).Fluorescence is used as the control(CK).The morphological index,biomass,photosynthetic pigment content and soluble sugar of E.robustatissue culture seedlings are determined,and the effects of different light quality on morphological index and physiological characteristics of E.robusta tissue culture seedlings are studied.【Result】T_(2) and T_(6) can promote rooting of E.robustatissue culture seedlings,T_(1) and T_(3) can promote morphological growth of E.robustaseedling with greater plant height and leaf number.T_(3) is beneficial to plant chlorophyll,dry matter accumulation and soluble sugar accumulation.【Conclusion】T_(2) and T_(6) can promote rooting of E.robusta,T_(1) and T_(3) are beneficial to plant height,stem and leaves growth of E.robustatissue culture seedlings,thereby being conducive to morphological forming of E.robusta tissue culture seedlings.T_(3) has the optimum dry matter quality,photosynthetic pigment and soluble sugar accumulation of E.robustatissue culture seedlings,but has negative effect on plant morphological forming.
