消费者感知可靠性与电动汽车购置意向关系研究——基于长三角城市群消费者的调查

摘  要:本研究旨在通过市场调查,获得长三角城市群消费者对电动汽车的感知可靠性现状,购置意愿现状,借助结构方程模型分析消费者感知可靠性与电动汽车购置意向的关系。通过对长三角城市群1350名消费者调查后发现:电动汽车的产品性能显著地影响着消费者的感知可靠性;感知可靠性显著影响着消费者对电动汽车的态度、支付意愿;消费者对电动汽车的态度显著影响着消费者的购置行为;政府政策、消费者环境态度、个体特征、面子意识等都显著影响着消费者的电动汽车支付意愿,最后提出促进消费者购置电动汽车的对策建议。Electrical vehicle is an important technology to alleviate air pollution in transportation industry.The purpose of this research is to obtain the consumers'willingness to purchase electrical vehicles in the Yangtze Riv-er Delta,and analyze the factors that affect consumers'willingness to pay for electric vehicles by using structural equation model,and find out the key influencing factors.Through the investigation of 1350 consumers in the Yangtze River Delta,it is found that the product performance of electric vehicles has a significant impact on con-sumers'perceived reliability,perceived reliability has a significant impact on consumers'attitude to electric vehi-cles and willingness to pay,consumers'attitude to electric vehicles has a significant impact on consumers'pur-chase behavior,and government policies,consumers'environmental attitude,individual characteristics,face awareness and so on have a significant impact on consumers'perceived reliability.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote consumers to purchase electric vehicles.
