温阳利水活血益肾方治疗脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究温阳利水活血益肾方治疗脾肾阳虚型糖尿病肾病尿蛋白的疗效。方法.将72例患者按随机数字分表法分为观察组及对照组,每组各36例。两组均予西医常规治疗,观察组在西医基础治疗的基础,上予温阳利水活血益肾方早晚各1次口服。两组疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后两组的临床疗效及患者血、尿中生化指标的改善情况。结果观察组总有效率为83.3%,对照组总有效率为63.9%(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,与本组比较,观察组中医症候积分、SCR、BUN、24h尿Pro定量、TG、TC、FPG、CRP均显著下降(P<0.05),ALB升高显著(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组SCR、BUN、24h尿Pro定量、TG、TC、FPG、CRP均显著下降(P<0.05),ALB升高显著(P<0.05)。结论温阳利水活血益肾方治疗脾肾阳虚糖尿病肾病蛋白尿有效,且能一定程度延缓肾衰进展。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Wenyang Lishui Huoxue Kidney prescription on urinary protein in diabetic nephropathy with spleen kidney yang deficiency.Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group(36 cases in each group).Two groups were given the conventional western medical treatment.The observation group was given oral solution“Wenyang Lishui Huoxue Kidney pre-scription”2 times a day in addition to the conventional treatment after breakfast and supper.Both groups took a four-week treatment.We make a close comparison of the data from observation group and control group,includ-ing the improvement of patients’biochemical index in blood and urine.Results The“Wenyang Lishui Huoxue Kidney prescription”can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms.The total efficient rate reached 83.3%,surpassing the control group which was 63.9%(P<0.05).After 8 weeks’treatment,the two groups both significantly re-duce TCM syndrome scores,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,and lower the level of 24h urine protein,total cho-lesterol,total triglycerides,fasting plasma glucose,C-reactive protein(P<0.05).The albumin was significantly higher(P<0.05).It can also significantly reduce TCM syndrome scores,serum creatinine,Urea nitrogen and low-er 24h urine protein levels,total cholesterol,total triglycerides,Fasting plasma glucose,C-reactive protein.Com-pared with the conventional treatment group,the observation group shows significant difference(P<0.05).The al-bumin in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion“Wenyang Lishui Huoxue Kidney prescription”is effective in treating proteinuria of diabetic nephropathy with spleen kidney yang deficiency,and can delay the progression of renal failure to some extent.
