摘　　要：目的探讨分析耳穴埋籽护理对妇科腹部手术患者术后肠功能恢复的影响。方法以2019年4月至2020年3月接受妇科腹部手术的98例患者为研究对象,分为两组,其中49例患者为对照组,实施常规护理,另外49例患者为实验组,在常规护理的基础上实施耳穴埋籽护理,比较两组患者不同护理方式的肠蠕动恢复时间及护理满意度。结果实验组患者的腹痛消失时间、肠蠕动恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组,护理满意度97.96%(48/49)高于对照组81.63%(40/49),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋籽应用于妇科腹部手术患者的术后护理,可使患者肠功能恢复提前,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of ear acupoint seed embedding nursing on postoperative intestinal function recovery of patients undergoing gynecological abdominal surgery.Methods 98 patients who underwent gynecological abdominal surgery from April 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.Forty-nine patients were in the control group and received routine care,while the other 49 patients were in the experimental group On the basis of routine nursing,ear acupoint seeding nursing was carried out,and the recovery of intestinal function and nursing satisfaction of different nursing methods were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of intestinal function in the control group after treatment showed that the disappearance time of abdominal pain,the recovery time of peristalsis,the first anal exhaust time,and the first defecation time were later than the observation group.The satisfaction of nursing was 81.63%(40/49).The observation group was 97.96%(48/49),and there were significant differences and statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The postoperative nursing of patients with auricular acupoints for gynecological abdominal surgery can make the recovery time of bowel function earlier than the conventional nursing method,and the effect is re-markable.It is worthy of clinical application.
