延续性护理对溃疡性结肠炎患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理对于溃疡性结肠炎患者生活质量及心理状态的影响。方法选择从2018年3月到2019年12月期间在我院消化内科治疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者共80例进行观察和研究,其中实验组40例,对照组40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,在对照组的基础.上应用延续性护理进行护理的设定为实验组。经过差异化干预后,比较组间患者心理状态及生活质量评分的差异。结果施行差异的干预后,实验组患者的心理状态、满意度及生活质量评分明显优于另一组,差异具有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论在溃疡性结肠炎患者的护理工作中应用延续性护理进行干预,可以改善患者的心理状态,促进患者对于相关健康知识的掌握,同时提高患者的生活质量。延续性护理应该在溃疡性结肠炎的护理工作中大力开展。Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life and psychological state of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with ulcerative colitis treated in the gastroenterol-ogy department of our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected for observation and research.The control group used routine nursing intervention.On the basis of routine nursing,the experimental group ap-plied continuous nursing,After differentiated intervention,the differences in mental state and quality of life scores of patients between groups were compared.Result After differential intervention,the mental state,satisfaction and quality of life scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using continuous nursing in the nursing work of patients with ulcerative colitis can improve the mental state of the patients,promote the patients'mastery of rele-vant health knowledge,and improve the quality of life of the patients.It should be vigorously carried out in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
