摘 要:随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的进一步深化,医院全面质量管理(TQM)受到了广泛的关注和重视。我院按照等级医院评审标准和相关法律法规的要求,构建了TQM体系并积极实践,通过加强医院信息化建设,开展培训培养管理人才,应用PDCA循环持续改进以及开展相关的数据分析等举措,逐步建立长效管理机制,提高了医院管理的质量和效率。未来,我院将进一步加强医院质量控制信息化平台的建设,强化质量管理人员对管理工具的运用,持续提升本院的医疗服务能力和服务水平。With the further deepening of China's medical and health system reform,hospital total quality manage-ment(TQM)has received extensive attention.In accordance with the requirements of graded hospital review standards and relevant laws and regulations,our hospital has established a TQM system and actively implemented it by strengthening hospital information construction,conducting management training and training talents,ap-plying PDCA cycle continuous improvement and carrying out related data analysis and other measures,gradually establishing a long-term management mechanism and improving the quality and efficiency of hospital manage-ment.In the future,our hospital will further strengthen the construction of the hospital's quality control informa-tion platform,strengthen the use of management tools by quality management personnel,and continue to im-prove the hospital's medical service capabilities and service levels.
