摘　　要：为了探寻保护弱势群体权益的有效途径,文章将研究对象锁定为劳动妇女,基于健康和安全两个层面来剖析我国在劳动保护方面所存在的法制建设、医疗改革以及社会福利等问题,结合我国的基本国情,提出一系列具有可行性的方案措施,为后续劳动者的权益保护提供指导依据。In order to explore the effective way to protect the rights and interests of vulnerable groups,this article focus on working women,based on the health and safety aspects to analyze our country’s labor protection issues including legal construction,health care and social welfare.Considered with our country’s conditions,put forward a series of feasible solution measures to provide guiding basis for subsequent protection of the rights and interests of working women.
