摘　　要：随着社会压力逐渐加剧,当代青年人群压力情绪及心理问题愈发突出,缺乏一种合理的情绪交互释放途径,而目前针对青年人群的心理引导机制实际运行成本较高,有效性一般。写日记可以有效缓解压力情绪,从网络日记情感交互的角度,提出一种缓解青年人群压力的新方式,结合当代潮流趋向设计一款独具特色的日记情感分析写作平台,采用深度神经网络算法识别日记数据的情感倾向,提供多种合理有效的情感交互方式,如情绪推荐内容、语音交互等。该平台使用微信小程序开发,可实现日记写作、情绪分析、情绪交互等,帮助青年人群合理缓解压力,维持良好心理状况,也为相关研究提供参考。With the gradual expansion of social pressure,the stress and psychological problems of contemporary young people have become more prominent,lacking a reasonable way of emotional interaction.The common psychological guidance mechanism and countermeasures for young people have higher actual operating costs and general effectiveness.Keeping a diary can help to relieve stress.This article proposes a new way to relieve the pressure of young people from the perspective of emotional interaction in online diaries.The purpose is to help young people carry out diary writing,emotional analysis,and emotional interaction,which will eventually be reasonable to relieve stress and maintain a good psychological condition.The project uses the WeChat applet application development method,uses deep neural network algorithms to identify the emotional tendency of diary data,and provides a variety of reasonable and effective emotional interaction methods,such as emotional recommendation content,voice interaction,etc.,combined with contemporary trends to realize an unique writing platform for diary sentiment analysis.This article introduces the design method of the platform,and introduces the functional design of the platform system and the core emotional interaction technology in detail,which provides a new way to relieve the psychological pressure of young people and related research.
