大型综合性三级医院跨区域专科医联体规范化管理体系的构建与实践

摘　　要：当前国内优质医疗资源总量不足、结构不合理、分布不均衡的现象日益严重,在专科医联体中尤其明显,由此在传统医联体模式的基础上衍生出"专科医联体"。当前,专科医联体建设仍处于初步探索阶段,组织管理存在诸多问题。笔者以大型综合性三级医院为例,对其如何进行专科型医联体规范化管理体系的构建进行介绍,包括组织架构、管理模式、激励机制等。提出创新医联体管理模式,建立医联体保障机制,为推进医联体建设提供借鉴和参考。At present,the phenomenon of insufficient total domestic high-quality medical resources,irrational structure,and unbalanced distribution is becoming more and more serious,especially in the specialist medical consortium.From this,the‘specialist medical cluster’is derived from the traditional medical cluster model.At present,the construction of specialist medical cluster is still in the preliminary exploration stage,and there are many problems in organization and management.Taking a large Grade III general hospital as an example,the author introduces how to construct a standardized management system for specialist medical cluster,including organizational structure,management mode,and incentive mechanism.Propose an innovative medical cluster management model,establish a medical cluster guarantee mechanism,and provide reference and reference for advancing the construction of the medical cluster.
