摘　　要：目的:通过完善医院门急诊三级预检分诊管理模式,达到良好控制医院新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的效果。方法:运用PDCA闭环管理模式,提升医务工作者及患者对三级预检分诊管理观念,纠正三级预检分诊过程中不完善的管理制度和流程。结果:在医院实践中,发现4个类别的问题,通过实施9项纠偏和提升措施,使得预检分诊流程、患者体验、应对大规模筛查能力、筛查结果真实性等得到大幅改善。结论:PDCA闭环管理可以不断完善门急诊三级预检分诊管理模式,精准有效地抓好医院常态化疫情防控,避免院内交叉感染的发生。Objective:To evaluate the effect of COVID-19 prevention and control in hospital from improving the management model of tertiary pre-examination and triage in outpatient and emergency department.Methods:PDCA closed-loop management model was used to improve the concept of tertiary pre-examination and triage for medical workers and patients,and to rectify the imperfection of management system and process in tertiary pre-examination and triage.Results:In hospital practice,four categories of problems were found,nine corrective and improvement measures were implemented,and the pre-examination and triage process,patient experience,ability to cope with large-scale screening,authenticity of screening results and other aspects were greatly improved.Conclusion:PDCA closed-loop management can continuously improve the management model of pre-examination and triage in out-patient and emergency department based on the actual working situation of the hospital,and can effectively and accurately prevent and control the epidemic,and avoid cross-infection in hospital.
