摘　　要：为深入贯彻落实中央统筹推进疫情防控和经济社会发展工作部署,笔者从医院管理、科室管理、岗位职责等层面总结了复工期间某三甲医院应对新冠肺炎的防控策略,强调院科两级督导,各级人员明确分工,协调配合,设置体温监测岗等具体措施,以期为后续三甲医院应对突发公共卫生事件、保证临床工作质量与安全提供科学依据。During the resumption of work,the hospital faced a daunting task and challenge of infection prevention and control.In order to thoroughly implement the central government’s plan to promote epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development,the author summarized the prevention and control strategies of West China Hospital of Sichuan University in response to the COVID-19 during the resumption of work from the levels of hospital management,departmental management,and job responsibilities,emphasizing specific measures such as supervision at both hospital and departmental levels,clear division of labor among personnel at all levels,coordination and cooperation,and setting up temperature monitoring posts,with a view to providing a scientific basis for subsequent tertiary hospitals to respond to public health emergencies and ensure the quality and safety of clinical work.The aim is to provide a scientific basis for GradeⅢLevel A hospitals to respond to public health emergencies and ensure the quality and safety of clinical work.
