摘 要:东营港东营港区进港航道及导堤工程堤头灯基础为水上打设的混凝土大管桩。为保证管桩安全,沉桩后需及时进行夹桩施工。由于堤头灯地处外海,风浪较大,管桩夹桩施工效率低,安全隐患较大且难以保证夹桩质量。如何在外海不利工况下实现快速、安全夹桩,并保证夹桩质量,是本项目顺利实施的一个重难点。针对本工程施工工况,通过分析常规夹桩方式存在的问题和不足,研究并采用了钢桩帽进行管桩夹桩施工,从而将大量水面上的作业转化为陆上和平台上作业,降低了水面作业的工作量和安全风险,且工效明显提高。同时,钢桩帽位于管桩的顶部,整体性好,且不易受风浪影响,有效地保证了夹桩的质量。The foundation of the dike headlamps is constituted by large concrete pipe piles which were constructed offshore in Dongying Port entry channel and guide breakwater project.In order to ensure the safety of pipe piles,the piles need to be clamped in time after the piles installation.Because the headlamps of the breakwater are located in the open sea,the wind and waves are relatively large,the construction efficiency of the pipe pile clamping is low,the potential safety hazard is large,and it is difficult to guarantee the quality of the piles clamping.How to achieve fast and safe pile clamping under unfavorable working conditions in the open sea and ensure the quality of pile clamping is a major difficulty for the smooth implementation of this project.In view of the construction conditions of this project,by analyzing the problems and shortcomings of conventional pile clamping methods,steel pile caps are used for pipe pile clamping construction,so as to convert operations on water into land and platform operations,reducing the workload and safety risks of over-water operations,and the work efficiency has been significantly improved.Meantime,the steel pile cap is located on the top of the pipe pile,which has good integrity and is not easily impacted by wind and waves,effectively ensuring the quality of the pile clamping.
