摘 要:板式无砟轨道在地铁施工中大规模应用较少,在部分地铁中仅作为实验段施工几十到几百米不等,上海地铁15号线是第一条大规模运用板式无砟轨道的项目。在充分消化吸收高速铁路CRTSⅢ型板式轨道精调的基础上,根据地铁轨道板布板设计原则,通过研发地铁轨道板模型、布板方式及精调工装,优化地铁轨道精调工序,开发适合于地铁轨道板精调软件,形成了一整套地铁轨道板精调测量技术;工程实践表明,该轨道板精调软件灵活高效,能有效地满足设计和施工要求。Slab hallastless track is rarely used in subway construction on a large scale.In some subways,it is only used as an experimental section for construction ranging from tens to hundreds of meters.Shanghai Metro Line 15 is the first large-scale application of slab hallastless track.On the basis of full understanding the fine adjustment of CRTSⅢ type plate track of high-speed railway,and with the slab layout design of subway track plate as the principle,the fine-adjustment software suitable for subway track plate is emerged by developing the subway track plate model,slab layout way and fine-adjustment equipment as well as optimizing the rail fine-adjustment process,which has formed a whole set of fine-adjustment and measuring technology for subway track plate;the engineering practice indicates that the fine-adjustment software of track plate is flexible and efficient,and can effectively meet the requirements of design and construction.
