摘  要:铝合金模板在我国施工领域得到越来越广泛的推广和运用,铝合金模板技术也不断得到改进和创新发展。通过总结大量工程的铝合金模板运用及实践经验,对铝合金模板排板设计优化工作进行了阐述,提出铝合金模板配板设计优化的三个重要目的,并分别阐述了降低铝合金模板投入总量及提高铝模周转效率的优化要点、降低铝合金模板非标板比率优化要点和提高混凝土观感质量配板优化要点,具有一定的参考和指导价值。Aluminum alloy formwork has been more and more widely used in the field of construction in China,and the technology of aluminum alloy formwork has been improved and innovated.Through summarizing the application and practical experience of aluminum alloy formwork in a large number of projects,this paper expounds the optimization work of aluminum alloy formwork layout design,puts forward three important purposes of optimizing the layout design of aluminum alloy formwork.In addition,it respectively expounds he optimization points of reducing the total investment of aluminum alloy formwork and improving the turnover efficiency of aluminum alloy formwork,as well as the optimization key points of reducing the ratio of non-standard formwork of aluminum alloy formwork,and the optimization key points of laying aluminum alloy formwork design for improving concrete appearance quality.It has certain reference and guidance value.
