摘 要:常规钢吊箱围堰一般只适用于水中桥梁高桩承台,主要通过吊箱侧板、底板和底板上的封底混凝土围水,为承台施工提供无水的施工环境。珠海市双湖路跨鸡啼门特大桥斜拉桥主墩基础处于12 m深水、淤泥层超厚的鸡啼门水道,为低桩承台。工程的顺利实施打破了钢吊箱只能应用于高桩承台的惯例,并在钢吊箱围堰设计时,将传统钢吊箱钢结构底板更换为预制钢筋混凝土底板,同时对无封底钢混组合吊箱的各受力构件、止水措施、同步下放系统、施工组织以及材料使用等方面较传统钢吊箱都进行了更为实用的改进和创新"除钢筋混凝土底板外,其余各部分钢结构组件均可多次周转使用,解决了常规钢吊箱一次性使用的弊病,有效降低了施工成本,扩大了钢吊箱围堰的适用范围。The conventional steel boxed cofferdam is generally only suitable for the high pile cap of bridge in water.It mainly provides a waterless construction environment for the cap construction through the side plate of boxed cofferdam,the bottom plate and the sealing concrete on the bottom plate.The main pier foundation of the cable-stayed bridge of Shuanghu Road in Zhuhai crossing Jitimen Bridge is located in the Jitimen waterway with 12 m deep water and super thick silt layer,which is a low pile cap.The successful implementation of the project broke the convention that the steel box can only be applied to the high pile cap.In the design of the steel box cofferdam,the traditional steel structure bottom plate of the steel box is replaced by the prefabricated reinforced concrete bottom plate.At the same time,the stress components,water stop measures,synchronous lowering system,construction organization and material use of the non bottom sealing steel-concrete composite box have been improved and innovated more practically than the traditional one.In addition to the reinforced concrete bottom plate,the rest of the steel structure components can be used repeatedly,which solves the problem of one-time use of conventional steel boxed cofferdam,effectively reduces the construction cost,and expands the scope of application of steel boxed cofiferdam.
