摘  要:转体桥梁常因转体时间受限,在转体前不具备连续试转获取摩阻系数的条件,只能以称重法对其进行间接测量。而梁体在施工过程中因施工偏差造成的几何偏心会让梁体在静态测试前处于不同的偏心姿态,其与称重时的平衡方程密切相关。因此准确判定转体前梁体的偏心姿态是测定球较摩阻系数的关键。本文以大张高铁智家堡御河特大桥跨大秦铁路转体连续梁为背景,分析梁体在不同偏心姿态下的静力平衡状态,给出基于观测量判定偏心姿态的方法,并建立梁体在不同偏心姿态下观测量与球较摩阻系数关系,对于准确测定球较摩阻系数、合理选择牵引设备具有重要意义。Because of the limited rotation time,the bridge does not have the condition of continuous trial run to obtain friction coefficient before the turning,and indirect measurement can only be carried out by weighing.The geometric eccentricity caused by construction deviation in the process of beam construction will make the beam in different eccentric attitude before static test,which is closely related to the balance equation during weighing.Therefore,it is the key to determine the eccentric attitude of the swivel front beam accurately.In this paper,with the Yuhe Bridge in Zhijiapu Village of Zhangjiakou-Datong High-speed Railway across rotating continuous beam of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway as the background,the static balance of the beam under different eccentric attitude is analyzed,the method of judging eccentric attitude based on observation is given,and the relationship between the observation and the friction coefficient of the ball joint is established.It is of great significance for accurately measuring the friction coefficient of the ball joint and reasonably selecting the traction equipment significance.
