摘 要:铁路通信传输系统是以运输生产为重点,为通信子系统和其他专业系统业务提供信息传输及交换信道的系统,是信息传递的基础承载网络,而铁路传输设备割接是众多割接施工中最重要的一种割接类型。以新建地方铁路瓮安至马场坪线既有传输设备割接施工为例,从既有铁路新建接轨站传输系统网络结构、割接施工等方面提出既有线传输割接技术及常见故障排除方法,确保无线GSM-R、信号TDCS、信号微机监测、FAS调度通信、牵引远动等业务通道高效、安全运行,实现地方铁路与国铁系统的互联互通。The railway communication transmission system is a system that focuses on transportation and production and provides information transmission and exchange channels for communication subsystems and other professional system services.It is the basic carrier network for infonnation transmission,and the cutover of railway transmission equipment is the most important type of many cutover constmctions.This paper takes the cutover construction of existing transmission equipment on the Weng'an to Machangping line of the newly built local railway as an example,and proposes the existing railway transmission cutover technology and common troubleshooting methods from the aspects of the transmission system network structure and caitover construction of the newly built connection station of the existing railway,to ensure the efficient and safe operation of business channels such as wireless GSM-R,signal TDCS,signal microcomputer monitoring,FAS dispatch communication,and traction telecontrol,and realize the interconnection and intercommunication between local railways and national railway systems.
