摘 要:桩基偏位控制是桩基施工质量的关键之一,对高桩梁板码头整体质量有着重要影响,但实际水上沉桩过程中桩基偏位时有发生,且偏位值多数超出规范要求,纠偏过程又相对复杂困难,不仅造成质量隐患而且影响整体施工进度。以福州港罗源湾港区可门作业区下屿1~4号泊位工程为依托,结合以往类似项目经验,通过数据统计、现场调查分析,找出了造成沉桩偏位的原因,并通过数据分析、优化工艺、试验验证方式,总结出了预设修正预留量、减少桩与桩架之间的刚性接触及溜桩等降低高桩码头斜桩沉桩偏位率的控制措施。Pile foundation deflection control is one of the keys to the construction quality of pile foundation and has an important impact on the overall quality of high-piled slab and beam wharf.However,pile deflection occurs frequently in the piling process on water,most of the deflection values exceed the specification requirements,and the process of deflection correction is relatively complex and difficult,which not only causes hidden quality problems but also affects the overall construction progress.Based on the project of Berth 1#〜4# in Xiayu,Kemen operation area of Luoyuan Bay port area in Fuzhou Port,this paper,combined with the previous experience of similar projects,identified the causes of piling deflection through data statistics,site investigation and analysis,and summarized the control measures to reduce the piling deviation rate of inclined piles in high-piled wharf by data analysis,optimizing the process and experimental verification methods,such as preinstalling correction allowance,reducing the rigid contact between piles and frame and pile sliding.
