摘　　要：目的旨在探讨数字X线摄影(DR)、螺旋CT重建技术在成人四肢骨折中的应用价值。方法对2016年1月到2019年6月于我院就诊治疗的108例四肢骨折患者的临床及影像学资料进行回顾性整理分析,以手术诊断为标准,总结DR和螺旋CT重建技术对四肢骨骨折的诊断符合率和其影像学图表现。结果 DR与螺旋CT重建技术在股骨颈骨折、跟骨骨折、胫骨平台骨折、踝关节骨折以及尺骨鹰嘴骨折的诊断符合率上比较无显著差异(P>0.05),但在桡骨远端、肱骨外科颈、股骨粗隆间以及肩胛骨骨折上,螺旋CT重建技术检查诊断符合率均显著高于DR检查(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT重建技术诊断成人四肢骨折正确率更高,且可更加整体、直观、清晰地显示四肢骨折患者其骨折、脱位的准确部位及特征,更有利于指导临床医生治疗,值得作为临床四肢骨折患者的首选诊断方式之一。Objective To explore the application value of digital radiography(DR)and spiral CT reconstruction in limb fractures of adult.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 108 patients with limb fractures treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Surgical diagnosis was used as a standard to summarize the diagnostic accuracy and imaging findings of DR and spiral CT reconstruction for limb fractures.Results There was no difference in the diagnostic accuracy between the DR and spiral CT reconstruction for the femoral neck fracture,calcaneal fracture,fracture of tibial plateau,ankle fracture,and folecranon fracture(P>0.05),but the diagnostic accuracy of spiral CT reconstruction was significantly higher than that of DR for the fracture of the distal radius,the fractures of surgical neck of the humerus,intertrochanteric fracture,and scapula fracture(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of spiral CT reconstruction in diagnosising adult limb fractures is higher,and can more accurately,visually,and clearly show the exact location and characteristics of fractures and dislocations of patients with limb fractures,and is more conducive to the guidance of clinicians,and it is worthy of being one of the first diagnostic choice for patients with clinical limb fractures.
