西咪替丁联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察西咪替丁联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病患儿的效果。方法:选取94例手足口病患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各47例。对照组给予利巴韦林治疗,研究组给予西咪替丁联合利巴韦林治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、住院时间及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的74.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组退热时间、皮疹消失时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:西咪替丁联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病患儿可促进症状缓解,缩短住院时间,提高临床疗效,效果优于单用利巴韦林治疗。Objective:To investigate effects of Cimetidine combined with Ribavirin in treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:94 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ribavirin,while the study group was treated with Cimetidine combined with Ribavirin.The clinical efficacy,the symptom improvement time,the hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.74%,which was higher than 74.47%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,the rash disappearance time,the oral ulcer healing time and the hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Cimetidine combined with Ribavirin in the treatment of the children with hand-foot-mouth disease can promote the symptom relief,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the clinical efficacy.Moreover,it is superior to single Ribavirin.
