芪术汤辅助治疗糖尿病肾病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察芪术汤辅助治疗糖尿病肾病患者的效果。方法:选取80例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予芪术汤辅助治疗,比较两组中医症状积分、肾功能指标水平和临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组中医症状积分、24 h尿蛋白定量水平、尿素氮水平和血肌酐水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在缬沙坦治疗基础上采用芪术汤辅助治疗糖尿病肾病患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医症状积分和肾功能指标水平,优于单纯缬沙坦治疗效果。Objective:To explore effects of Qizhu decoction in adjuvant treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with Valsartan,while the observation group was treated with Qizhu decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The TCM symptom score,renal function index levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the TCM symptom scores,the 24-hour urine protein quantitative levels,urea nitrogen levels and blood creatinine levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of Valsartan treatment,Qizhu decoction can improve the total effective rate of treatment in the patients with diabetic nephropathy,and reduce the TCM symptom scores and the renal function indicator levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Valsartan.
