摘  要:通过原子力显微镜观察水溶液中分散的大豆异黄酮类小分子(三羟基异黄酮-Lys-Lys-PD)形貌,及其与未活化、活化的血小板相互作用后血小板的形貌变化。结果:三羟基异黄酮-Lys-Lys-PD在水溶液中呈均匀颗粒分布,且颗粒分布比较均一,与未血小板作用后,其在血小板表面的形貌依然可以通过AFM考察,且能够明显观察到其与活化的血小板作用后,血小板的伪足与聚集状态明显减少。The morphology of small soybean isoflavone molecules(Trihydroxyisoflavone-Lys-Lys-PD)dispersed in aqueous solution and the morphology changes of platelets after interaction with inactive and activated platelets were observed by atomic force microscope.The results showed that the particle distribution of Trihydroxyisoflavone-Lys-Lys-PD in the aqueous solution was relatively uniform.After the interaction of Trihydroxyisoflavone-Lys-Lys-PD with inactive platelets,the morphology of the platelet surface can be clearly observed by AFM.The pseudopodia and aggregation state of platelets were significantly reduced by the interaction of Trihydroxyisoflavone-Lys-Lys-PD with activated platelets.
