摘　　要：地方科研院所内设的重点实验室,是区域科技创新体系中的重要支撑,是依托地方科研院所的优势领域,实施技术创新、聚集和培养创新科技人才、开展科技合作交流的重要平台。本文着眼于实验室各个管理要素,分析了地方科研院所重点实验室现状问题以及对面临新一轮改革中实验室管理要素提升的方向给出了建议。The key laboratory in local scientific research institute is an important platform for implementing technological innovation,gathering and cultivating innovative scientific and technological talents,and carrying out scientific and technological cooperation,relying on the advantages of local scientific research institutes.It is an important support for the regional scientific and technological innovation system.This paper analyzes the current situation of key laboratories in local scientific research institutes,and puts forward some suggestions on the direction of improving laboratory management elements in the new round of reform.
