摘  要:对Zn_(3)As 2材料研磨,共获取6种不同粒度分布的试样,研究了粒度分布对现代X射线粉末衍射仪测量的影响,结果发现:试样粒度的变化对衍射峰位置、高度和中高测量角度范围内的半高宽影响显著。粒度的减小使衍射峰的位置偏差趋于稳定、衍射峰高度则普遍增加;粒度较大时,中高测量角度范围内的半高宽变化剧烈,当粒度足够细致时,半高宽的变化趋于平缓。Five samples with different powder granularity were prepared by grinding Zn3As2 material.The results showed that the position,height,and FWHM in mid to high range of measuring angle of peaks were impacted markedly,the position deviation of peaks was stabilized,and the height of peaks were increased universally as powder granularity decreased,while changes of FWHM were severe in mid to high range of measuring angle when powder granularity was larger,but tended to be gentle when the powder was fine enough.
