摘　　要：目的分析加速术后康复(ERAS)理念下多模式镇痛应用在腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术(LPD)患者中的作用。方法选取我院2019-01/2021-01期间住院治疗的102例LPD患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=51),对照组采纳术后常规镇痛,观察组采纳ERAS理念下多模式镇痛,比较2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、并发症发生率。结果观察组术后1 d、 2 d、 3 d VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后PSQI评分均低于对照组,观察组并发症发生率(1.96%)低于对照组(15.69%)(P<0.05)。结论 ERAS理念下多模式镇痛可有效减轻LPD患者疼痛感,改善睡眠质量,减少并发症。Objective To analyze the effect of multimodal analgesia under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy(LPD).Methods A total of 102 patients with LPD in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into the control group(n=51)and the observation group(n=51),according to random number table method.The control group adopted conventional postoperative analgesia,and the observation group adopted multimodal analgesia under ERAS concept.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Pittsburgh Sleep quality index(PSQI)score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the observation group on the 1d,2d and 3d after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the complication rate of the observation group(1.96%)was lower than that of the control group(15.69%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimodal analgesia based on ERAS can effectively relieve pain,improve sleep quality and reduce complications in patients with LPD.
