摘　　要：通过对老年患者术前衰弱的概念、机制、评估方法、预后以及干预措施等进行概述,旨在帮助麻醉医生充分了解患者术前衰弱状态及其临床意义,加强围术期管理并促进改善老年患者术后转归。The article reviews the concept,mechanisms,evaluation methods,prognosis and intervention of preoperative frailty in elderly patients,and the aim is to help anesthesiologists fully understand the preoperative frailty of patients and its clinical significance,strengthen perioperative management and improve the postoperative outcome in elderly patients.
