具有抗战纪念性的工业历史建筑更新研究--以上海四行仓库为例

摘　　要：四行仓库85年来经历了3次改造,结合历史事件可分为7个阶段。文章从建筑和城市的角度分析了现状和利用情况,尝试提出优化空间利用率的建议,并总结促成四行仓库转型为全国示范性历史建筑更新案例的改造方法、运营策略以及政府、企业协同工作机制,为同类型更新保护方案提供借鉴。Sihang Warehouse has undergone three renovations in the past 85 years,which can be divided into seven stages based on historical events.The paper analyzes the current conditions and usage from the perspective of architecture and city,tries to put forward suggestions for optimizing space utilization,and summarizes the transformation of Sixing Warehouse to provide a reference for the renovation method,operation strategy and government-enterprise collaborative working mechanism of the national exemplary historical building renovation case,and provide a reference for the renovation protection plan of the same type of buildings.
