摘　　要：随着我国国民经济快速发展,农民收入较之前有了提高,越来越多的人将多余的资金投入房屋建设,以改善自己的生活环境。但是农村粗放无序的自建房活动给村镇整体规划和农村经济建设带来了新的问题。文章讨论利用装配式建筑的集成工业化适用性,从而解决以往农村自建房的问题和弊端,为农村住宅建设提供新的思路。With the rapid development of China’s national economy,farmers’income has been improved compared with the past,more and more people will put their excess funds into housing construction to improve their living environment.However,the extensive and disordered self-building activities in rural areas have brought new problems to the overall planning of villages and towns and rural economic construction.This paper discusses the integrated industrialization applicability of prefabricated buildings to solve the problems and disadvantages of self-built houses in rural areas,and provides new ideas for the construction of rural houses.
