摘　　要：血液科层流病房是用于白血病等特殊病人使用的“洁净护理单元”,对洁净度要求极高。而城市医疗建筑的更新受到空间、结构、用地等诸多条件的限制,对设备设施、空间布局等有较大制约。文章结合某医院血液科层流病房改造的实际工程,从空间效率、流线设计、机房布置等方面,有针对性地阐述老旧医疗建筑层流病房改造中的设计要点,以期为相关工程提供可借鉴的参考。The laminar flow ward of the Hematology Department is a“clean care unit”for special patients such as leukemia,which requires extremely high cleanliness.However,the renewal of urban medical buildings is restricted by many conditions such as space,structure,and land utilization,which imposes greater constraints on equipment,facilities,and spatial layout.Based on the actual reconstruction project of the laminar flow ward of the Hematology Department in a certain hospital,this paper expounds the design points of the laminar flow ward reconstruction of old medical buildings from the aspects of space efficiency,streamline design and computer room layout,in order to provide available reference for related projects.
