摘  要:数量遗传学是遗传学的重要分支,是进化研究和动植物育种的重要理论基础。扬州大学数量遗传研究室长期从事作物数量性状遗传分析方法和应用研究工作。系统综述了该团队30余年来在三倍体胚乳性状数量遗传模型和分析方法、作物质量-数量性状遗传分析方法、数量性状基因定位方法以及作物全基因组选择育种模型构建和分析方法等方面的研究进展,并对后基因组时代的数量遗传研究进行了展望。As an important branch of genetics, quantitative genetics is an important theoretical basis of evolutionary research and of animal and plant breeding. The Laboratory of Quantitative Genetics of Yangzhou University has long been engaged in the research of genetic analysis methods and their application for crop quantitative traits. This article systematically reviewed the research progresses achieved by the Laboratory team over the past 30 years, including quantitative genetic models and analysis methods for triploid endosperm traits, genetic analysis methods for qualitative-quantitative traits of crops, methods for mapping quantitative trait loci and genomic selection modeling for crop breeding. Moreover, the prospect of quantitative genetics research in the post-genomic era was discussed.
