摘 要:为明确3种生物源物质对莴苣的促生和防病作用,用不同浓度的S-诱抗素、寡聚糖和有机肥对莴苣进行浸种、催芽和叶片喷施处理。结果表明:浸种、催芽处理后,S-诱抗素和寡聚糖对莴苣胚根伸长有显著促进作用,有机肥(稀释倍数≥500倍)和寡聚糖则对莴苣胚芽伸长有促进效果;以3种生物源物质推荐使用浓度叶面喷施均可使莴苣植株的株高、根长、鲜重、干重和叶绿素含量增加,促进莴苣植株体内防御酶活性的提高,导致抗性相关物质含量的变化。有机肥喷施莴苣表面48 h后莴苣植株体内PAL和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因表达量上调。间隔24 h、连续喷施2次后接种莴苣菌核病菌,3种生物源物质对莴苣菌核病均有一定的防效,若将生物源物质与生防菌混合使用效果更佳,防效最高分别可达45.71%、44.83%和48.66%。In order to determine the effect on growth promotion and disease control of lettuce, three kinds of biogenic materials, trans-abscisic aicd, oligosaccharide and organic fertilizer were used to treat lettuce including soaking seeds, sprouting and spraying on the leave surface. The results showed that trans-abscisic aicd and oligosaccharide promoted the elongation of lettuce radicle significantly, while organic fertilizer(diluted≥500 times) and oligosaccharides had a significant effect on the elongation of lettuce germ. Foliar spraying of these materials could promote the increase of plant height, root length, fresh weight, dry weight, chlorophyll content and expression level of resistance-associated gene, such as PAL and β-1,3-glucanase gene, of lettuce plants. When these materials were sprayed on the lettuce plants twice with the interval of 24 hours ahead the pathogen of sclerotinia stem rot being inoculated, all of them had certain control effects on the disease. When these biogenic materials were used combined with biocontrol bacteria, it could obtain higher control effect about 45.71%, 44.83 and 48.66% in controlling lettuce sclerotinia stem rot.
