摘  要:红树林生态系统富含抗菌活性真菌资源。对海口市红树根际土壤样品中的真菌进行分离及抗菌活性筛选研究,在分离获得的24株真菌中,菌株Y2-1、J3-2、N4-9的粗提物对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)等人类致病菌均具有强抗菌活性,当其浓度为100μg·片^(-1)时抑菌圈达20~30 mm;菌株N4-8的粗提物对水稻纹枯病原菌Rhizoctonia solani的生长具有强抑制作用,当其浓度为100μg·mL^(-1)时抑制率达77.3%。这4株真菌可作为抗MRSA或者抗R.solani的抗菌药物研究的活性菌株资源。Mangrove ecosystem is rich in antimicrobials fungi resources. In this paper, the fungi derived from the mangrove rhizosphere soil samples in Haikou were isolated and their antimicrobials activities were screened. Among the 24 fungi isolates, the extracts of strains Y2-1, J3-2 and N4-9 showed potent antibacterial activity against human pathogenic bacteria such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA), with an inhibition zone of 20-30 mm at 100 μg·disc^(-1);the extracts of strain N4-8 displayed strong antifungal activity against rice sheath blight pathogen, Rhizoctonia solani, with 77.3% growth inhibition at 100 μg·mL^(-1). These 4 strains can be used as active strain resources for anti-MRSA or anti-R.solani drug research.
