摘  要:为了探讨甘薯绿原酸合成与其相关基因表达特征之间的关系,试验分析6种不同甘薯品种可食用部位的绿原酸含量及合成相关基因的组织表达模式。结果表明:①相比储藏根,甘薯茎尖富含更多绿原酸;②不同甘薯品种之间绿原酸含量差异显著,供试品种中,‘苏薯16号’茎尖和‘宁紫薯4号’储藏根中绿原酸含量分别最高;③甘薯绿原酸含量与合成相关基因的组织表达模式相关,相关酶基因越集中于茎尖表达的品种,绿原酸也更易在其茎尖积累。本研究结果为高绿原酸含量甘薯品种的选育提供理论基础。To reveal the relationship between chlorogenic acid synthesis and related gene expression in sweet potato,six sweet potato cultivars with different uses were selected to analyze the chlorogenic acid contents in edible part and the expression patterns of chlorogenic acid synthetic-related genes.The results showed that:①compared with the storage root,the stem apex of sweet potato contained more chlorogenic acid;②the chlorogenic acid content was significantly different among these six tested-cultivars.The content of chlorogenic acid in the stem apex of‘Sushu No.16’and the storage root of‘Ningzishu No.4’were the highest,respectively;③the chlorogenic acid content of sweet potato was related with the expression pattern of synthetic-related genes.Chlorogenic acid was more likely to accumulate in stem-apex of those cultivars,in which the expression of synthetic-related genes was also highly concentrated.This study provided a theoretical basis for sweet potato breeding with high chlorogenic acid content.
