摘　　要：开展中医复方药效物质基础研究,对揭示方药配伍规律具有重大意义。而复方中种类繁多、含量悬殊的化学成分使得研究极具挑战,因此采用必要的分离手段至关重要。高速逆流色谱(high-speed counter-current chromatography,HSCCC)具有分离速度快、成分不变性且无损失的特点,为单体成分的分离、化学组分的分析以及活性成分的发现提供了有力的技术保障。本文针对近些年HSCCC技术在溶剂体系、洗脱方式、检测技术以及其他提取技术联合应用的相关报道进行综述,同时归纳了HSCCC技术在中药及天然产物化学成分研究中的应用实例,以期为中医复方药效物质基础研究提供参考。虽然HSCCC的广泛应用仍然受到制约,但相信随着中药及天然产物物质基础研究的逐步深入,HSCCC将为中医复方药效物质基础研究提供更加完备的技术支撑。The research on the pharmacodynamic material basis of Chinese medicine prescriptions is of great significance for revealing the laws of prescription and drug compatibility.Traditional Chinese medicine compounds have the characteristics of many types and with great disparity in content,which poses challenges to the research of chemical components.Therefore,it is very important to adopt the necessary separation methods.High-speed counter-current chromatography(HSCCC)has the advantages of fast separation,invariance of components and no loss.This provides a powerful technical guarantee for the separation and analysis of chemical components and the discovery of active ingredients.This article reviews the related reports on the combined application of HSCCC technology in solvent systems,elution methods,detection technologies and other extraction technologies in recent years.At the same time,it summarizes the application examples of HSCCC technology in the research of the chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine and natural products.Looking forward to providing a reference for the research on the material basis of the efficacy of Chinese medicine compound prescriptions.Although the wide application of HSCCC is still restricted,it is believed that with the gradual deepening of research on the material basis of Chinese medicine and natural products,HSCCC will provide more complete technical support for the research on the material basis of the efficacy of Chinese medicine prescription.
