摘　　要：心肌缺血引起的心肌细胞内钙超载与缺血性心律失常的发生关系密切,因而防止钙超载是减轻心律失常的有效举措。现代医学研究提示,κ-阿片受体(κ-opioid receptor,κ-OR)系统在心肌细胞内钙调节和缺血性心律失常的发生发展中具有重要的病理生理学意义,为临床治疗缺血性心律失常提供了新的靶点。而有关针刺镇痛的研究表明,针刺可增加体内阿片类物质并激活阿片受体,因此针刺极有可能通过作用于κ-OR系统,再经由κ-OR及其受体后信号传导通路,参与介导改善缺血性心律失常的保护作用。本文以κ-OR及其受体后信号传导通路为切入点,提出针刺改善缺血性心律失常机制研究的新思路,以期为缺血性心律失常的防治提供一条安全有效的新途径。Intracellular calcium overload caused by myocardial ischemia is closely related to the occurrence of ischemic arrhythmias,and preventing calcium overload is an effective measure to reduce arrhythmias.Modern medical studies have suggested thatκ-opioid receptor(κ-OR)signal system plays an important pathophysiological significance in the regulation of intracellular calcium in cardiomyocytes and the occurrence and development of ischemic arrhythmias,which provides a new target for clinical treatment of ischemic arrhythmias.On the other hand,the studies on acupuncture analgesia have shown that acupuncture can increase opioids and activate opioid receptors.Therefore,acupuncture is likely to mediate the protective effect of ischemic arrhythmia by acting onκ-OR system and then throughκ-OR and its signaling pathway.Based onκ-OR and its post-receptor signaling pathway,this paper puts forward a new idea to study the mechanism of acupuncture in improving ischemic arrhythmia,in order to provide a safe and effective way for the prevention and treatment of ischemic arrhythmia.
