基于PDCA循证干预联合多爱肤水胶体敷料在新生儿臀红中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨新生儿臀红采用基于PDCA循证干预联合多爱肤水胶体敷料的效果。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年9月本院新生儿124例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组62例。对照组实施常规干预,试验组实施基于PDCA循证干预联合多爱肤水胶体敷料,对比两组各级创口的愈合时间、住院时间、臀红消退时间、处置所耗时间、感染发生情况及干预效果。结果:试验组Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度及Ⅲ度创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组住院时间、臀红消退时间及处置时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组创面感染发生率为3.23%、干预有效率为95.16%及家属总满意率为98.39%,显著优于对照组的17.74%、75.81%及66.13%(P<0.05)。结论:在新生儿臀红中采用基于PDCA循证干预联合多爱肤水胶体敷料,能促进创面快速愈合,缩短臀红消退时间,促进疾病快速康复。Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based intervention based on PDCA combined with Duoderm hydrocolloid dressing in newborn gluteal red.Method:From September 2019 to September 2020,124 newborns in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group,62 cases in each group.Conventional intervention was carried out in the control group,and evidence-based intervention based on PDCA combined with Duoderm hydrocolloid dressing was carried out in the experimental group.The healing time,hospitalization time,gluteal red regression time,treatment time,wound incidence and intervention effect of two groups were compared.Result:Healing time ofⅠdegree,Ⅱdegree andⅢdegree wounds in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);hospital stay time,gluteal red receding time and disposal time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of wound infection was 3.23%,the effective rate of intervention was 95.16%,and the total satisfaction rate of family was 98.39%,significantly better than 17.74%,75.81%and 66.13%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based intervention based on PDCA combined with Duoderm hydrocolloid dressing can promote the rapid healing of wound,shorten the time of gluteal red regression and promote the rapid recovery of disease.
