优质护理干预在糖尿病性视网膜病变中的应用效果分析及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析优质护理干预在糖尿病性视网膜病变中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析2017年6月-2020年6月本院收治的100例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的临床资料。按照入院时间,将2017年6月-2018年12月50例患者纳入为对照组,实行常规的护理干预;将2019年1月-2020年6月50例患者纳入观察组,在对照组基础上实行优质护理干预。比较两组干预前后的血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)和生活质量评分(CLVQOL、DMQIS)及患者对护理的满意度。结果:干预后,两组的血糖指标均低于护理前,且观察组的血糖指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的CLVQOL、DMQIS评分均优于干预前,且观察组的CLVQOL、DMQIS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预在糖尿病性视网膜病变中的应用效果较好,可辅助改善患者的血糖指标,提高患者对于护理服务的满意度,营造良好的护患环境,且可有效改善患者的生活质量,应用价值较高。Objective:To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in diabetic retinopathy and its influence on quality of life.Method:The clinical data of 100 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the admission time,50 patients from June 2017 to December 2018 were included as the control group,and routine nursing intervention was performed.50 patients from January 2019 to June 2020 were included as the observation group for the implementation of high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose indexes(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose),quality of life scores(CLVQOL,DMQIS)before and after intervention and satisfaction of patients to nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the blood glucose indexes in both groups were higher than before,and the blood glucose indexes in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,CLVQOL,DMQIS scores in both groups were better than before intervention,and CLVQOL and DMQIS scores in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of high quality nursing intervention in diabetic retinopathy is good,which can help to improve the blood glucose indexes of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients for nursing service,create a good environment for nurses and patients,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,with high application value.
