摘 要:目的:比较营养风险筛查量表(NRS2002)与营养不良通用筛查工具(MUST)在肺炎支原体肺炎(mycoplasma pneumonia,MP)儿童营养状况筛查中的应用情况。方法:选取2017年5月-2020年10月来本院治疗的359例MP患儿作为研究对象,采用MRS2002与MUST量表对患儿的营养风险进行评估,观察两种量表营养不良评价结果、不同NRS2002和MUST评分患儿实验室指标及两种量表与传统营养指标相关性。结果:NRS2002评价结果与金标准比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MUST评价结果与金标准比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。存在营养风险患儿各实验室指标均低于无营养风险患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低风险营养不良、中营养不良风险、高营养风险状态各实验室指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中营养不良风险患儿ALB水平与高营养风险状态患儿比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。NRS2002评分与传统营养指标呈显著负相关(P<0.05),而MUST评分与传统营养指标呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的营养风险较高,NRS2002量表与MUST量表相比较,MUST量表对MP患儿ALB指标的评价缺乏针对性,且NRS2002量表与金标准检测结果相吻合,具有较高的营养风险筛查率,而更适用于MP患儿的营养风险的筛查。Objective:To compare the application of nutritional risk screening scale(NRS2002)and general screening tool for malnutrition(MUST)in mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)nutrition screening for children.Method:A total of 359 children with MP who came to our hospital for treatment from May 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.MRS2002 and MUST scales were used to assess the nutritional risk of the children,and the differences in the evaluation results of malnutrition of the two scales were observed.The laboratory indexes of children with different NRS2002 and MUST scores and the correlation between the two scales and traditional nutrition indexes were analyzed.Result:There was no statistically significant difference between the NRS2002 evaluation result and the gold standard(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the MUST evaluation result and the gold standard(P<0.05).The laboratory indexes of children with nutritional risk were lower than those of children without nutritional risk,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The laboratory indicators of low risk malnutrition,moderate malnutrition risk,and high nutritional risk status compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ALB level of children with moderate malnutrition risk compared with children with high nutritional risk status,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).NRS2002 score was significantly negatively correlated with traditional nutritional indicators(P<0.05),while MUST score was significantly positively correlated with traditional nutritional indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nutritional risk of children with MP is relatively high.Compared with the scale of NRS2002 and MUST,the scale of MUST lacks specificity in evaluating the ALB index of MP children,and the scale of NRS2002 is consistent with the gold standard test results,which has a high nutritional risk screening rate and is more suitable for the nutritional risk screening of MP children.
