摘　　要：2019年底爆发的COVID-19疫情,以及2003年、2012年先后出现SARS、MERS全球公共卫生事件均由冠状病毒感染所致,症状可以是轻微呼吸道症状,也可进展为多器官损伤。^(18)F-FDG PET/CT作为一种全身显像的影像技术,不但可提供全身器官的CT影像,同时可提供功能代谢信息,发现除肺部以外的脏器损害,对疾病的全面认识、治疗或许能提供有益的指导作用。本文主要通过文献分析^(18)F-FDG PET/CT在COVID-19患者中的发现,探讨^(18)F-FDG PET/CT在突发公共卫生事件时可能发挥的作用,提出一些思考建议。The COVID-19 outbreak at the end of 2019,as well as the global public health events of SARS and MERS in 2003 and 2012,are all caused by coronavirus infection,which can range from mild respiratory symptoms to progressive multiple organ damage.As a whole body imaging technology,^(18)F-FDG PET/CT can not only provide CT images of whole body organs,but also provide functional and metabolic information,and can find damage to other organs except the lungs.Comprehensive understanding and treatment of diseases may provide useful guidance.This paper mainly analyzed the findings of ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in COVID-19 patients through literature,discussed the possible role of ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in public health emergencies,and put forward some suggestions.
