辛芩颗粒联合艾灸对过敏性鼻炎模型大鼠水通道蛋白的研究

摘　　要：目的:探究辛芩颗粒联合艾灸对过敏性鼻炎(AR)模型大鼠水通道蛋白表达的影响,为临床治疗AR提供更佳的方案。方法:选取SD大鼠60只,雌雄各半,适应性喂养2周后随机分为对照组、AR组、西药治疗组、艾灸治疗组,辛芩颗粒治疗组,辛芩颗粒联合艾灸治疗组,每组10只,雌雄各半。对照组以标准颗粒饲料喂养,AR组在造模成功后以标准颗粒饲料喂养,西药治疗组采用西替利嗪滴剂灌胃处理,艾灸治疗组采用艾灸治疗,辛芩颗粒治疗组采用辛芩颗粒灌胃处理,辛芩颗粒联合艾灸治疗组采用辛芩颗粒灌胃+艾灸治疗。观察各组小鼠的行为学指标,比较各组小鼠鼻黏膜AQP1、AQP2及AQP5 mRNA表达水平及血清IL-4、IL-10和IgE水平。结果:造模成功时,AR组、西药治疗组、艾灸治疗组、辛芩颗粒治疗组、辛芩颗粒联合艾灸治疗组的行为学评分较造模前均显著升高(P<0.05);治疗2周,西药治疗组、艾灸治疗组、辛芩颗粒治疗组、辛芩颗粒联合艾灸治疗组的行为学评分较造模成功时均显著降低,且辛芩颗粒联合艾灸治疗组低于西药治疗组、艾灸治疗组、辛芩颗粒治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗2周,艾灸治疗组、辛芩颗粒治疗组、辛芩颗粒联合艾灸治疗组的AQP1、AQP2、AQP5 mRNA表达水平均低于造模成功时(P<0.05);治疗2周,艾灸联合辛芩颗粒治疗组的AQP1、AQP2、AQP5 mRNA表达水平均低于其他治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。西药治疗组、艾灸治疗组、辛芩颗粒治疗组、辛芩颗粒联合艾灸治疗组血清IL-4、IL-10和IgE水平均较AR组改善(P<0.05)。结论:AR大鼠的鼻黏膜AQP1、AQP2及AQP5 mRNA表达水平高,通过辛芩颗粒联合艾灸可有效控制AQP1、AQP2及AQP5 mRNA表达,降低IL-4、IgE水平,升高IL-10水平。Objective:To explore the influence of Xinqin Granules combined with moxibustion on the expression of aquaporin in AR model rats,so as to provide a better treatment scheme for clinical treatment of AR.Method:A total of 60 SD rats,half male and half female,were selected and randomly divided into control group,AR group,western medicine treatment group,moxibustion treatment group,Xinqin Granules treatment group,and Xinqin Granules combined with moxibustion treatment group after adaptive feeding for 2 weeks,10 rats in each group,half male,half female.Control group in a standard grain feed,AR after the success of the group in the building in a standard grain feed,western medicine treatment group treated with Cetirizine drops lavage treatment,moxibustion treatment group treated with moxibustion,Xinqin Granules treatment group used Xinqin Granules lavage treatment,Xinqin Granules combined moxibustion treatment group adopted Xinqin Granules lavage and moxibustion therapy.The behavioral indexes of mice in each group were observed,and the mRNA expression levels of AQP1,AQP2 and AQP5 in nasal mucosa and the serum levels of IL-4,IL-10 and IgE were compared.Result:When modeling was successful,the behavioral scores of AR group,western medicine treatment group,moxibustion treatment group,Xinqin Granules treatment group and Xinqin Granules combined with moxibustion treatment group were significantly higher than those before modeling(P<0.05).2 weeks of treatment,the behavioral scores of the western medicine treatment group,the moxibustion treatment group,the Xinqin Granule treatment group and the Xinqin Granule combined with moxibustion treatment group were significantly decreased compared with the successful modeling,and the Xinqin Granule combined with moxibustion treatment group was lower than the western medicine treatment group,the moxibustion treatment group and the Xinqin Granule treatment group(P<0.05).2 weeks of treatment,the mRNA expression levels of AQP1,AQP2 and AQP5 in moxibustion treatment group,Xinqin Granules treat
