摘 要:2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)是常见疾病,随着患病率不断上升,其慢性并发症也给患者的生活、家庭以及社会带来了沉重的负担。糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的严重并发症之一,现已成为终末期肾衰的主要原因,而且缺乏有效的治疗手段,目前主要以降糖、降压、调脂为主,但是传统的治疗方法并不能阻止糖尿病肾病进展,因此有必要探索新的研究方向以期早发现早预防。目前人体内肠道菌群多样性、组成及其代谢和免疫特性与2型糖尿病的发生成为关注的研究热点。本文总结了肠道菌群参与糖尿病肾病发生的相关致病机制。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a common disease.As the prevalence rate continues to rise,its chronic complications also put a heavy burden on the patient’s own life,family and society.Diabetic nephropathy is one of the common serious complications of diabetes,and it has become the main cause of end-stage renal failure,and there is a lack of effective treatment.At present,the main treatment methods are hypoglycemic,hypotensive,and lipid-lowering,but traditional treatment methods can not prevent the progress of diabetic nephropathy,so it is necessary to explore new research directions with a view to early detection and early prevention.Now,the diversity,composition,metabolic and immune characteristics of intestinal flora in human body and the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus have become the focus of research.This article summarizes the related pathogenic mechanism of intestinal flora involved in the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy.
