摘 要:基于B/S架构(Browser/Server,浏览器/服务器模式)和WebGIS(网络地理信息系统),建立环境气象智能评估系统,实现减排调控效果模拟评估、源排放清单动态反演、颗粒物来源解析、气象贡献评估、运行监控管理五大功能。基于“Web”前台操控Linux系统自动运行脚本和数值模式作业,利用“云后台”集合了多源气象和环境大数据。以多种空气质量数值模式为支撑,把复杂计算封装在后台,解决了非专业人员开展数值模拟评估的技术难题。实现科研级模拟评估技术的低门槛、广应用,为减排效果模拟评估、污染物来源解析和气象条件贡献定量评估等研究性工作转向业务应用提供支撑,为省市县气象部门在削峰降污、精准治霾中发挥重要作用提供技术保障。Based on B/S(Browser/Server)architecture and WebGIS(Web Geographic Information Systems),an intelligent evaluation system of environmental meteorology was established.It realized five functions of simulation and evaluation of emission reduction and control effect,dynamic inversion of emission source,analysis of particulate matter source,evaluation of meteorological contribu⁃tion,and monitoring and management of operation.Based on Web front-end,Linux system were controlled to automatically run scripts and numerical models,and multi-source meteorological and environmental big data was collected by cloud background.With the air quality models of CMAQ,CMAx and CUACE as the support,the complicated calculations were packaged in the back⁃ground.This allows non-professional personnel to solve difficult technical problems with the state-of-art numerical simulation tech⁃nology and to realize the low threshold and wide application of scientific research-level technology.The system provides strong sup⁃port for the research work such as simulation and evaluation of emission reduction effect,pollutant sources analysis and quantita⁃tive evaluation of meteorological condition contribution,and turns the scientific researches to business application.With the help of this platform,the meteorological departments of provinces,cities and counties gain strong technical support in their routine work of peak shaving,pollution reduction,and accurate haze control.
