摘 要:氢电导率是水汽系统腐蚀监控最关键的控制指标之一。提出了一种氢电导率测量新技术,该技术核心在于采用一种电再生阳离子交换装置替换传统阳离子交换树脂柱对氢电导率进行测量,性能稳定,操作方便。将该技术应用于电厂,结果表明:电再生阳离子交换装置可直接替换传统树脂交换柱,在氢电导率测量中不需要再生或更换树脂,在机组启动、负荷变化较大的情况下,能准确快速达到稳定测量值,实现了氢电导率的快速、准确、连续测量。该技术对提高氢电导率测量准确性以及提高水汽化学监督与控制可靠性具有重要意义。Hydrogen conductivity is one of the most important control indexes for corrosion monitoring in water vapor system.This paper puts forward a new technique for measuring hydrogen conductivity.The core of the technique is to use an electrically regenerated cation exchange device to replace the traditional cation exchange resin column to measure the hydrogen conductivity,with stable performance and easy operation.This technique has been applied to power plants and the results show that the electric regeneration cation exchange device can directly replace the traditional resin exchange column and there is no need to regenerate or replace resin in hydrogen conductivity,and that when the unit is started and the load changes greatly,the stable measurement value can be achieved accurately and quickly,and the rapid,accurate and continuous measurement of hydrogen conductivity can be realized.This technique is of great significance to improving the accuracy of hydrogen conductivity measurement and reliability of water vapor chemical supervision and control.
