摘　　要：链板输送机是一种应用广泛的连续输送设备,在其进行垃圾处理的卸料工作时,因垃圾中物料的成分不同,会因物料附着于链板上造成卸料的不完全性,采用普通清扫器难以解决物料的清扫问题,采用滚刷清扫器也会因为物料缠绕难以提升清扫效果,在垃圾处理中对生产系统的整体效率具有一定的影响。提出一种挡料板优化设计方案,通过动板、定板、弹簧相互配合,配以清扫器可以有效地对附着于链板上的物料进行清扫,有效解决链板输送机在卸料时的清扫问题,提升输送效率,提升垃圾处理生产线的整体运行效率。Chain scraper conveyor is a kind of widely used continuous conveying equipment.During unloading work of garbage disposal,due to the different composition of materials in garbage,the unloading will be uncompleted be?cause of attachment of materials to the chain scraper.It is difficult to solve the problem of cleaning materials by using ordinary sweeper,and it will also be difficult to improve the cleaning effect by using roller brush sweeper due to entanglement of materials,which will have a certain impact on the overall efficiency of production system in garbage disposal.An optimized design plan for baffle plate is proposed.The moving plate,fixed plate and spring are matched with each other,and the sweeper can effectively clean the materials attached to the chain scraper,which effectively solves the cleaning problem of chain scraper conveyor during unloading,improves conveying efficiency and improves overall operating efficiency of garbage disposal production line.
