摘 要:针地拼装机回转启停抖动幅度大,以及姿态调整时微动性能差的问题,对拼装机回转及平移液压系统工作原理进行分析,结合拼装机实际工况,提出调整比例阀延时、采用特殊结构阀芯和调整电控程序等方案,并进行现场试验。试验结果表明3种方案各有优劣,最终选用特殊结构阀芯以及启停曲线控制方案,经工地现场施工实测反馈,改进后拼装系统微动性好,响应时间快,工作稳定,定位准确,拼装效率高。In view of problems of large jitter during rotation,start and stop,and poor micro motion performance during attitude adjustment,working principle of rotation and translation hydraulic system of segment erector is analyzed.Combined with actual working conditions of segment erector,it is proposed to adjust proportional valve delay,adopt spool with special structure and adjust electronic control program,and conduct field test.The test results show that the three schemes have their own advantages and disadvantages.Finally,the spool with special structure and start-stop curve control scheme are selected.According to the actual measurement feedback on the construction site,the improved assembly system has good micro motion performance,fast response,stable work,accurate positioning,and high assembly efficiency.
