摘  要:液压泵支架作为液压泵传动装置中的承载结构件,起到固定液压泵,承受液压泵的自重,承受液压泵传动装置工作过程中引起的振动、力和力矩等载荷的作用。若结构设计不合理,特别是当其固有频率在发动机激励频率范围内,出现共振现象时,液压泵支架易出现振动撕裂破坏。对某型液压泵传动装置进行有限元分析,研究其振动特性,改进液压泵支架的结构,提高其可靠性。As the load-bearing structure of hydraulic pump transmission,hydraulic pump support plays the role of fixing hydraulic pump,bearing weight of hydraulic pump,bearing vibration,force,torque and other load caused by working process of hydraulic pump transmission.If the structure design is unreasonable,especially when its natural frequency is within range of engine excitation frequency and resonance occurs,the hydraulic pump support is prone to vibration and tearing damage.The finite element analysis of a hydraulic pump transmission is carried out to study its vibration characteristics,improve structure of hydraulic pump support and improve its reliability.
