摘　　要：POEMS综合征是一种罕见的由浆细胞增殖性疾病引起的副肿瘤综合征,主要表现为慢性多发周围神经病变、器官肿大、内分泌紊乱、单克隆丙种球蛋白病和皮肤改变。因其临床症状多样,涉及多个系统,详细的查体及完善的辅助检查可帮助临床医师避免误诊。为提高对该病的认识,本文拟结合文献回顾我科1例POEMS患者的临床资料。POEMS syndrome is a rare paraneoplastic syndrome caused by plasma cell proliferative diseases,which mainly manifests as chronic multiple peripheral neuropathy,organ enlargement,endocrine disorders,monoclonal gammopathy and skin changes.Because of its diverse clinical symptoms,involving multiple systems,detailed physical examinations and completed auxiliary examinations can help clinicians avoid misdiagnosis.In order to improve the understanding of the disease,this article intends to review the clinical data of one POEMS patient in our department in conjunction with the literature.
