摘　　要：目的探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)和热休克蛋白70(HSP-70)在妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中的表达及其意义,为临床提供科学的理论参考。方法选取我院2020年4月至9月收治的100例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为观察组,另选取同期在我院进行孕检的正常孕妇40例作为对照组。检测两组受检者胎盘组织中HIF-1α、HSP-70的表达情况,比较对照组及观察组不同疾病严重程度受检者胎盘组织中的HIF-1α、HSP-70阳性表达率。结果观察组胎盘组织中的HIF-1α、HSP-70阳性表达率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度子痫前期胎盘组织中的HIF-1α、HSP-70阳性表达率均显著高于单纯性高血压和轻度子痫前期,且轻度子痫前期显著高于单纯性高血压,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中的HIF-1α和HSP-70均呈高表达,且随着病情的加重不断升高。临床应加强对胎盘组织中HIF-1α和HSP-70表达的检测,从而能够为临床提供科学的理论参考。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of hypoxia inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α)and heat shock protein 70(HSP-70)in placental tissues of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,so as to provide scientific theoretical reference for clinical practice.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy admitted in our hospital from April to September 2020 were selected as observation group,and 40 normal pregnant women undergoing pregnancy examination in our hospital in the same period were selected as control group.The expression of HIF-1αand HSP-70 in placental tissues were detected in the two groups,and the positive expression rates of HIF-1αand HSP-70 in placental tissue of the control group and the subjects with different disease severity of the observation group were compared.Results The positive expression rates of HIF-1αand HSP-70 in placental tissues of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of HIF-1αand HSP-70 in placental tissues of the severe preeclampsia were significantly higher than those of the simple hypertension and the mild preeclampsia,and those of the mild preeclampsia were significantly higher than the simple hypertension,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HIF-1αand HSP-70 in placental tissues of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were highly expressed,and increased with the aggravation of the disease.The detection of expressions of HIF-1αand HSP-70 in placental tissues should be strengthened in clinic,which can provide a clinical scientific theoretical reference.
